Your placement of an order at the Barbeques Galore Store constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Importantly, the rights described in this policy in respect of returns, refunds and warranties are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.

Gift Cards Terms

By purchasing a Barbeques Galore gift card ("Gift Card"), you are agreeing to comply with the Gift Card Terms and Conditions. For complete details, refer to the terms on the back of the Gift Card or included with it.

Purchasing

Barbeques Galore does not accept cancellations on Gift Cards. They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.They can be purchased in amounts from $20 to $999 and do not accrue fees.

Expiry Date

Please refer to the expiry date shown on the gift card. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser and Receiver to redeem the value within this timeframe. No extensions are available.

Redemption

This card is: redeemable for merchandise or services online or at participating Barbeques Galore stores; not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.Gift Cards cannot be returned, resold, transferred, or redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

Returns

Returns for purchases made with a Gift Card result in credit to a Gift Card or issuance of a new Gift Card.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss for Gift Cards passes to the purchaser upon sale. Barbeques Galore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards.

Fraud

Barbeques Galore reserves the right to close a Gift Card account and request alternative forms of payment if fraud is reasonably believed to have occurred. Barbeques Galore reserves the right to change the Gift Card Terms and Conditions at its discretion. All terms are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

AMS Exclusive Offer

What is AMS?

Overarching body responsible for the state-based motoring organisations such as NRMA, RACQ, RACV, RACT, RAA, RAC & AANT.

  • This promotion is valid from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 and is available exclusively to AMS members.
  • Eligible members who spend $500 or more in a single transaction will receive a $50 discount.
  • The offer excludes Weber products, camping equipment not purchased from GLG, items marked as "online exclusive," and gift cards.
  • The discount applies to the original recommended retail price and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, bundle packages, permanently marked down items, or purchases made via eBay.
